Terms of participation > Participation fees

Participation fees cover access to the various sessions, coffee breaks and conference documentation. Transport and accommodation costs are the responsibility of the participants.

Remark: The authors who have not yet received a response will have 5 business days from the date of notification to proceed with the payment of participation fees

If the communication is prepared by several authors and the co-authors wish to attend the different sessions of the conference, the first author is invited to pay the “participation with communication” fees and the co-authors are invited to pay the “participation fees without communication”.

Payment of the conference participation fees can be made by bank transfer, by the author of the correspondence, after final acceptance of the communication.

The author of correspondence is invited, after payment, to send the supporting document to: https://forms.gle/RBdHcQERpKk1TyJj6. The supporting document for payment must include the following information: Name and First name, Item identifier (ID: ------), date of payment, amount paid in numbers and letters and the beneficiary IC-RAEMFO '24.

Participants will also benefit from the assistance of the organizing committee:

• For the search for accommodation
• For reception in the city and at the conference premises
• Electronic documentation of the conference

The costs of the Gala Dinner and the excursion around the tourist sites of Beni-Mellal are optional. Details concerning these cultural activities will be communicated with the final conference program via the event website and by email.
